Floyd has over 30 years of experience representing business clients with prosecution, litigation and counseling in a wide variety of issues related to creating and maintaining the value of their intellectual property assets.

Nationally and internationally, Floyd represented local and international corporations with their preparation and filing of patent applications in the United States and advised them on infringement, trademark applications, trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings in the United States.
